By William C. Coppedge on November 10, 2013 Initially when i first attempted this antenna it didn't work, I scanned and can just get 3 channels i then moved the television with a window and stuck the antenna towards the window through the suction cups which are built-in and once i stuck the antenna to the window I rescanned for channels and I could receive 21 channels all obvious including each and every one of the leading broadcast systems. I live 30 miles east from the big city to ensure that are likely involved too. I'd say if you reside as near to the broadcast area when i do and you would like free tv having a cheap antenna do this and make certain to connect the antenna towards the window it really works like no bodies business. Best of luck to everyone, I'm highly happy with this purchase.3 Comments Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... By Heartwings on Feb 6, 2014 Before buying this, you have to take a look at in which the transmitters are suitable for the television stations you need to see. NOT In Which The TV STATION'S STUDIOS ARE, BUT In Which The TRANSMITTER TOWERS ARE! They might really be far in the TV station's studios. For instance I live hear Washington, Electricity and so i will be able to get Tv producers there, but you cannot have big towers in Electricity, so that all the television stations there've their transmitters located well from the city, some in Virginia, much further away from me compared to studios themselves. Lots of stations get their towers on hillsides on cheaper rural land, The treatment depends on where you reside. If you're in the boonies, this sort of antenna will most likely not work. You are able to only get local broadcast Tv producers, contact them and see where their transmitters are since you may be from range for this kind of antenna, that they claim is 25 miles, so rely on under that. They don't let you know it will not use older non-digital TVs w/o a ripper tools box either. You can purchase a really similar antenna to higher one at most of the store that sells TV's, for much less too, so go purchase one of individuals if you feel you're in range and find out if it really works and you are able to go back and get ALL a refund if it doesn't. If you need to return this you're out $8.00 shipping (Each) as well as your cost to ship it back and then wait you never know how lengthy for any refund! This kind of antenna wouldn't work with me whatsoever, I needed to buy a more costly one that's mounted outdoors and despite that I don't get lots of stations living 32 miles in the White-colored House. There might not be everything many broadcast channels within range in your town- that's All you are able get by having an antenna, you won't get things like ESPN, Weather Funnel, A&E, shopping channels and everything. By Jack W on October 21, 2013 I attempted the CLEARTV antenna in each and every conceivable position, ran the car scan on my small tv and ZERO channels . The FCC should investigate the corporation and the claims it can make. 100% Junk Junk Junk Should be no stars2 Comments Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... with a. W. Berreth on The month of january 18, 2014 This really is essentially only a cheap antenna that connects to your TV. do this first. I required a 5 feet bit of common speaker wire and lightly slid it within the center hole around the coaxial on the rear of my TV. "just allow it to dangle or thumb tack it towards the wall" Used to do a funnel scan and got just like many channels. Just saying.1 Comment Was this review useful for you? By linh lien and tommy lien on March 23, 2014 Case a glorify marketing product of the antenna you will get in a Dollar store. The commercial managed to get seems like they bypass the channels and offer it for you free of charge. The truth is the channels will always be free and you should use any antenna for connecting. Seek information you shouldn't be a fool be seduced by these scams.Comment Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... By Roadster on August 31, 2014 I purchased this antenna inside my local Walgreens within the ASOTV section.
In error from Comcast someone came cut cable and and set a unique plug since the outlet. It required 1 week to a person arrived at repair it. (Comcast really sux in customer services). for $14.99. I've my concerns about the caliber of this ASOTV product. I requested among the Asst. manager and offered me a good review. In whatever way I additionally requested the leading cashier if a person happen to be dissatisfied with the caliber of the product and she explained she offered 2 already. Making a brief history short,After I got home I adopted the instructions and it required me 5 min to setup the this antenna. For individuals who never browse the instructions I suggest setup the car tuning funnel inside your TV. by doing this you receive setup the lines of channels, also repeat the following day the autotunning and you're going to get much more channels. There are several channels with weak signals because of antenna orientation or distance from the transmission tower that you simply wont get, you can get the position of orientation and the strength of the local channel signals by zip code at ( world wide web.antennaweb.org). It's amazing the caliber of some channels much better than HD cable.Comment Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... By Chris on May 19, 2014
I got myself this antenna for any TV within our bed room that isn't linked to Cable, just wishing to obtain our local channels. The Television is as simple as a window and the antenna lies around the window - still only found a couple of our local channels...disappointing as you would expect. it isn't worthwhile and re-stocking fee to transmit it back, but I would not purchase it again.Comment Was this review useful for you?
