CAUTION - You receive what you have to pay for.
By Kevin Cormack on September 10, 2014
you actually get what you have to pay for with this particular strap. I've got a different system on two Nikon D90 cameras that's very good aside from plastic clips, and so i made the decision to do this for any recently purchased Nikon D7100 since it were built with a metal clip. After coping with it for any couple of days, I'm able to honestly state that I do not enjoy it.
The padded shoulder strap with chambers is excellent. It had been truly among the selling points and i love it greatly and If only I'd that on my small other cameras. The styling looks better online of computer does personally, but will still be greater than okay as the styling alternatively system which i me is rather cheap-searching. What upsets me relating to this item may be the cheap excellence of the rather narrow webbing, the strap is just stitched to the shoulder strap at one finish therefore it may potentially break and drop your camera, and the incredibly cheap carabiner store the strap towards the single attachment indicate your camera. Of all of the problems within this system, it is the carabiner that galls me probably the most. The carabiner within this system can not be screwed tight and has a tendency to unscrew one of the ways or another simply by itself when you walk. I additionally can't stand the way the strap is simply too wide to suit with the funnel reduce the bottom mount for your purpose. It's like the designer of the base mount didn't talk to the designer who specified the (rather narrow) strap.
I have upgraded the strap to incorporate a couple of a competitor's screw-lock carabiners and I have placed a budget plastic cam locks in various places compared to what they were initially to hopefully catch the strap should one fail and Personally i think a little bit more confident relating to this piece but despite the fact that I'm still well shy of the price of a reputation-brand strap, I can not in conscience recommend this to the but probably the most casual user.Comment 18 of 19 people found this useful. It functions by Itself. If you wish to utilize it having a camera on the top of the tripod, it can make your camera on the top wobbles. This is because the style of the large screw nob isn't good. The top that's in touch with the tripod seat should be wide and flat, but It's not. Which makes your camera on the top isn't as stable accurately.
If you are planning to make use of just like a video camera band alone, not among a video camera and A tripod, it really works fine. However that defeats the objective of this strap, which is made to be mounted on the top of the tripod using the camera.Comment 5 of 5 people found this useful. Was this review useful for you? This sling/strap is simple to use and resembles the greater costly ones. Does not obstruct from the eye piece, particularly when I turn your camera at different angles. The storage within the neck pad is ideal for an additional battery and Sdcard. And also the cost really makes this worthwhile.1 Comment 4 of four people found this useful. Please try again Strap came undone dropped 3000 dollars on the floor
By Quinn on Feb 9, 2015
the strap is extremely of poor quality, the actual way it is just connected once towards the actual pad and another finish is totally straight without any stitching or something that is around the finish for this to trap. then when the inexpensive plastic clips choose to open there's hardly any in the whole factor coming un-tied.
i had been walking using the camera inside my side in a slow pace after i heard a loud and costly clunk on the floor, it had been my 2000 dollar camera with another 1000 dollars of glass around the front. the strap did not snap and nothing broke, the whole nylon bit just undid itself.
fortunately the strap was created therefore if it will fail your camera lands full pressure on the floor using the lens taking all the damage. thank god i had a uv filter (that is now completely shattered and mangled) on my small lens otherwise this will be a way bigger problem.
i put the strap within the nearest garbage can and transported my camera throughout the night time.
Absolutely terrible.Comment 3 of three people found this useful. Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... Appreciate your feedback. If the review is inappropriate, Please tell us. Sorry, we unsuccessful to record your election. Please try again Excellent for that cost.

Exist more costly shoulder slings available? Yes. And you will find more with increased features. As well as the cost, buying one heck of the better strap/sling than you're given together with your dslr when you buy your camera new. According to value for cost, this can be a no brainer. It is simple to carry the digital camera in your corner and with a lot more comfort. My spouse is wacking me upside the mind, while saying "come on Mcfly," because of not getting this sooner.1 Comment 3 of three people found this useful. Was this review useful for you? Appears just like a quality strap, the modifying part is cumbersome but the hardware is surprising robust for the cost
I additionally enjoy that you could use it a tripod etc without taking out the bottom plate, that's a nice featureComment 2 of two people found this useful. Was this review useful for you? BY P. Houze on Feb 25, 2015
Can be useful for a financial budget strap and is considerable easier compared to camera strap, allowing your camera to rapidly slide up and lower for shooting. Normally wear regularly for any couple of days and it's comfortable overall, nevertheless the shoulder padding does move about a little. The strap is thin and doesn't stimulate confidence when combined with huge DSLR, but does fine having a CSC and Large Contacts and doesn't slip if threaded correctly. Was concerned about the carabiner not locking in position as some have pointed out, but this doesn't appear to matter. The sleeve (metal round spinning part) twists loosely and is made to go beyond the threads and bridge the space between your carabiner gate and hook stopping it from accidentally unlocking regardless of how much it spins so that it does not really tighten as some might expect.
For that cost, it is effective and will be a good starter/budget strap.Comment Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... Appreciate your feedback. If the review is inappropriate, Please tell us. Sorry, we unsuccessful to record your election. Please try again See all 92
