By RetroTones on December 9, 2007 If you are searching for true coal tar, SoapWorks is a total waste of money. True coal tar products contains PAH's (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons). None within this soap. Rather it has plenty artificial black pigment just like a carbon agent. stains everything but it washes out. This soap is only a small, artificially black, coconut oil based castille soap. It lathers well and Is effective in that way but don't expect medicinal skincare just like a true coal tar soap delivers. Try Polytar or perhaps a similar product rather.8 Comments Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... Appreciate your feedback. If the review is inappropriate, Please tell us. I've been using coal tar products forever in my skin psoriasis. That one appeared to become weak within the coal vehicle concentration - so even though it smelled much better than most, I truly did not see much improvement within my skin. Should you react well to lighter dosages, and have very slight cases if skin issues - then it may be for you personally. I'll return to something just a little more powerful in concentration.
Around the advantages - the cost was great and worthy with a minimum of trying it out!Comment Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... This soap includes a very mild, Enjoyable Scent. I acquired it mainly for many skin psoriasis on my small elbow. Basically utilize it every single day the skin psoriasis fades, but basically miss each day it starts showing support. Overall, I'm pleased.Comment Was this review useful for you? Does not give the type of thick creamy lather I expect inside a coal or pine tar soap. Also does not have many of the "mediciney" carbolic acidity aroma that tar soap oficianados like. Finally, it burns your eyes very good, so not at all something you would use using the kiddies. If you want tar soaps, Spend the additional money and get Wright's Coal Tar or Grandpa's Pine Tar.Comment Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... By Kathy on November 8, 2007 I purchased this in my uncle...both he and I were very disappointed. It required days to get the merchandise and for $10 a bar it ought to have lasted greater than a couple of baths. Drop the idea of and money like we did..just buy Granpa's Pine Tar soap. he loved it and it lasted longer and costs around $2 to $2.50 a bar.1 Comment Was this review useful for you? By June E. Etnire on March 12, 2009 The merchandise is okay, just what I needed and needed. One small cake of soap was at a sizable box that was wrong. It might have been include a much smaller sized package, an excessive amount of waste to enter the rubbish and money on my small part to get it shipped.... I will not try it again.Comment Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... Appreciate your feedback. If the review is inappropriate, Please tell us. By Sarah J. Rose on March 23, 2009 Good product, helps relieve itchy skin. Prefer Grandpa's Pine tar soap because it lathers better, but that one continues to be good value.Comment Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback...
