31 of 31 people found this review useful I got myself 3 of those. They are concerning the right size in my 16 inch frame bikes. The bike wheels are 26 inch. They're sturdy. 26 of 26 people found this review useful Excellent rack. I mounted this on the 29'' bike quickly and easily. Had 2 " of clearance from the top tire towards the bottom side from the rack. Want to observe that rather of mounting the brackets towards the frame underneath the seat using the provided bolts, I made use of zip ties. it's very secure and you've more options regarding where one can attach individuals brackets incorporated. also, if you want to take it off or adjust you simply cut the zip ties and Remount, Simple. (Will upload pictures)
**Only problem I've with this particular rack is when your bike falls over you risk a high probability of among the products snapping or even the entire rack bending. I suppose using the lightweight from the rack limits is durability. 1 Comment Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... By Love Pleasure on August 15, 2014
18 of 18 people found this review useful This is actually the only high-quality rear bicycle rack which i found that matches bigger wheeled bikes. They fit my 27" tires on my small hybrid Trek bike. Utilizing the "Sunlite Bicycle Monostay Adapter" which I also purchased through , I could really make use of a rear rack as I don't possess the pre-drilled holes to connect the 2 "prongs" to. I incorporated pictures that demonstrate the way the rack looks on my small hybrid bike. I certainly recommend this rack. Top quality. The install required me some time, but It had not been difficult, just needed me to make use of my brain just a little. Comment Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... 12 of 12 people found this review useful Install was easy on the Jamis Hudson. The instructions really are a bit cryptic. Begin by attaching the rack towards the threaded holes just over the rear axle, then attach the steel rails towards the under rack. Finish by attaching towards the seat stays. Extra bolts are incorporated. 4mm allen secret is all that's necessary. Comment Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... By Kenneth I. Mayer on August 30, 2013
14 of 15 people found this review useful I acquired this rack because from time to time my pannier would scrape into the rear of my rear wheel, or perhaps get caught, twist off, and dump to the pavement. This rack has wide bars that prevent sliding like this, and it's made to fit long ago around the bike, which both prevents that issue and also prevents striking the pannier together with your feet.
It had been super easy to set up this rack.
I'm only creating four stars because there's no hook at the end from the rack, which many panniers need. I additionally make use of the bottom hooks to latch bungie cords within the rack. I'm able to make use of the frame for that left side, but and not the derailleur side for anxiety about disturbing the gears. I'd a bit of scrap which i could screw in and that labored, but I'd favour a stylish simple attachment included in the rack.Comment Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... Please try again Super sturdy, NICE Searching, and works great on a smaller (15.5") Frame.

10 of 11 people found this review useful When I always do, Used to do lots of research before purchasing this rack and finally narrowed it lower for this one and the Topeak Explorer. One of my biggest concerns was that it may not work on my rather small (15.5") Frame, but, as you can tell within the photos, it really works perfectly! I additionally have center-pull cantilever brakes, but this did not cause any problems whatsoever for individuals. it had been very simple to install, and came with all the necessary hardware. I like the hardware it included, especially because four from the bolts have heads that provide easy twisting, that is nice during installation.
Among the greatest deciding factors in my selection of this rack within the Topeak was the small extension within the back part that helps to ensure that the bag stays from the wheel. I've transported several heavier products in here and didn't have any difficulty whatsoever. Certainly recommend this rack, particularly if you are searching for just one for any smaller sized bike, and I'll update contrary changes.
I have not tried this with any of the Ibera bag systems (they are pretty pricey), but am utilizing it without any problems whatsoever using the Axiom Appalachian bags. 5 of 5 people found this review useful I purchased this in my Diamondback Insight 2. Even though the braze-on eyelets are extremely near to the brake about this bike, the adjustable rods about this rack might be bent slightly to pass through within the brake without interfering, allowing a pleasant installation.
I like the thought of together with a fender-like cover to help keep my back dry. The rack also feels very light. All-around an excellent purchase.Comment Was this review useful for you? By Steven Haubeil on May 18, 2014
9 of 11 people found this review useful I purchased this rack in my 2013 Specialized Rockhopper 29er. I selected that one due to the adjustable feature making this rack compatable for 29" wheels. I additionally loved the PakRak feature and decided on buying an Ibera trunk bag. The package showed up rapidly and the rack appears to be really well-crafted. However, nowhere within the description will it condition this rack isn't designed for bicycles with disc brakes. After re-engineering (widening by brute pressure since i am pissed off) The rack, I finally first got it to suit around the dropouts - right within the allen bolts for that disc brake caliper - not very happy about this. The 2 steel straps that stretch in the rack towards the seat stay really are a smidge way too short for any 29er. Straps pull the rack too much forward and the rack front is all about 3 1/2 " under my saddle and pitches up from tailgate to cab. This prohibits the use of my under-saddle pouch AND the use of any PakRak system bag offered by IberaComment Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback...
