comfortable and Quiet
By Runway 12 on September 16, 2007
21 of 21 people found this review useful As being a pilot I am around noise for many of my workday and hearing protection is important.
I have used various brands of froth sleeping earplugs and over-the-mind ear muffs for several years. The muffs work well but their clamping pressure provides me with headaches following a hour or so. The froth plugs are convenient, a minimum of for me personally, compared to muffs.
I have also used a variety of brands of soppy sleeping earplugs. Out of all the ones that I have attempted my preference may be the soft sleeping earplugs produced by Howard Leight. The kind of foam utilized by H.L. expands within the ears with the perfect quantity of pressure little which may cause discomfort and not very little which may allow noise to make do. also, the froth doesn't attract dirt that is a nice feature when you are using the plugs in and out all day long lengthy.
Soft sleeping earplugs are often available without or with an electric cord. I find that the cord keeps the plugs handy (throughout my neck) When they are not being used and therefore its not as likely that I'll set the darn things lower and lose them. You have to pay just a little more for that corded plugs but what you will save by not losing a lot of pair will from the difference.Comment Was this review useful for you? 9 of 9 people found this review useful I really like them! When shooting at indoor ranges (indoor will always be noisier than outdoors), These are more effective compared to within the ear safeguard I have used.
2012-06-03: I'm almost out and will have to purchase more soon. I'm presently planing on ordering another box of those.... unless of course someone can point me to something better.
I really hope there's something better... but otherwise, then I'll carry on using these.
OH, BTW - mine are NRR-33db and not the 30db described here.2 Comments Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... Appreciate your feedback. Sorry, we unsuccessful to record your election. Please try again Report abuse Great Quality at Great Price

7 of seven people found this review useful Me and my spouse have attempted a number of different brands of earplugs and that one certainly is the greatest in the cost range. The noise reduction is great whether you are using it on a noisy data center (ME) or to get some sleep while isolating your spouse's snoring or any other undesired noises he/she produces (my spouse).Comment Was this review useful for you? 4 of four people found this review useful Certainly the very best earplugs. Ideal for resting on plane flights, hotel stays, slumber parties, neighbors night time get-togethers. Very comfortable towards the ears. compresses and expands to how big your own personal ear opening. reduces noise!! :) Cord enables you to definitely keep an eye on sleeping earplugs. Don't lose them within the bed or workshop. Hang over neck and Place. Twist in morning to get rid of - easily breaks suction without harm to eardrum. Still can hear noisy alarms, but with no noisy alarms, you might sleep in. )Comment Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... Appreciate your feedback. By WWM on March 27, 2008 4 of four people found this review useful This is actually the type most people use who put on sleeping earplugs a great deal stewardess, machine operators, ETC. I suggest the "strung" version to avoid loss but materials are just like unstrung version. Both of them are consistently top quality, and reduce body discomfort.Comment Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... Appreciate your feedback. 3 of three people found this review useful I'm a plane auto technician and you haven't heard noise til you have existed a jet engine running at remove power or bucking rivets. During working hours it may be very noisy or quiet when with respect to the job you do. I love the cords since you can make use of the same plugs all day long and not lose them.
In your own home after i mow the lawn, work while using air compressor, or other noisy activity I safeguard my ears. The only real benefit of losing your hearing is for those who have a nagging wife, ) but even that isn't good.
It may be difficult to install the sleeping earplugs as you have to roll them no more than possible and insert them before they expand, but with more experience you feel proficient and when you hearing is finished you cant ever have it fixed.
Same brand which i use at the office, so purchasing them was a simple choice.Comment Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... Appreciate your feedback. Sorry, we unsuccessful to record your election. Please try again Report abuse hearing protectors for loud concerts
