Great value to have an underwater camera!
By Eric Romaine TOP 500 REVIEWER VINE VOICE on May 25, 2013 Color: Blue Vine Customer Review of Free Product 467 of 478 people found this review useful It's a lot of fun to become looking for underwater cameras. Since several individuals have good mobile phone cameras, camera manufacturers have experienced to step-up their game and offer point-and-shoots with increased functionality compared to phones that everyone already has within their pockets. Underwater/shock-proof/dust-proof/freeze-proof cameras are suitable for individuals occasions when we are getting fun in environments that will typically ruin a normal camera or phone.
Here's what I love relating to this camera generally:
1. You are able to absorb it the swimming pool. Last summer time, some of my favorite shots were of my children underwater within our pool. We've a lot of great recollections in our pool, but until we've got an underwater camera, we did not have these taken. Another factor that we have really enjoyed is the opportunity to take video underwater. just for fun, I recieve within the pool, possess the kids join in and then go swimming as much as me as i video the entire factor. There is something really amazing about beginning a relevant video over the water with the seem and water glare and then sinking once they break with the water and hear the muted underwater sounds because they go swimming as much as me. more to the point, the smiles on their own faces are bigger/more authentic than when we are just waiting in the backyard and I keep these things smile.
2. You are able to take it towards the beach and just throw it within the sand. When my children are by the pool, we enjoy build huge sand castles. Previously I've introduced my non-sandproof camera and spent more often than not a)protecting your camera from flying sand and b)getting angry with my children for flinging the sand in direction of your camera. Now, I really enter the road-of-fire as they are digging since the flying sand within the foreground creates some good pictures. Read more › 27 Comments Was this review useful for you? By partyoffive on August 5, 2013 Color: Yellow 161 of 171 people found this review useful After doing lots of research on underwater cameras only at that cost level. I deducted that this is actually the best camera for that cost. people,..its an underwater camera,..not really a $400 SLR professional camera. ITS best pics are outdoors and Underwater. Expect good pictures during the night using the flash at approximately 10ft of distance,..anything. But when I needed this,..I wouldn't have used an underwater camera..... HELLO ???
My universe S3 phone takes great HD pics and Video and so i am evaluating this review using my phone and Your camera. I've an underwater situation in my phone and The pics and video are really HD and awesome. Which means this little camera had its work eliminate for this since i have got it. I figured there'd be now way that could compare to my phone pics and Video. I was wrong !
pictures: Great high definition pics despite an 8GB class 4 SDHC card, Above and underneath the water. Love the very fact you are able to take video and shoot pics simultaneously. Screen brightness blows my phone away. I'm able to barely see my phone under sunlight, but this camera has great brightness and may be easily seen under sunlight. Love the burst shot mode ! !
videos...........essential......YOU NEED A CLASS 10 SD CARD TO RECORD HD 1080I videos. I purchased my camera like a bundle at COSTCO which introduced me the 8GB SDHC card CLASS 4. DO NOT USE THIS CARD FOR YOUR videos. A Category 4 CARD Doesn't SUPPORT 1080I VIDEO WELL. It'll RECORD IT However The QUALITY Will Truly LACK. Believe me. I've attempted it with the category 4 and the category 10 cards. also,..Used to do research on prepaid credit cards. The category 10 records perfect 1080i video like my universe S3. Many people have no idea this and observe that their videos aren't great. It is not your camera,..its the card ! Read more › 3 Comments Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... 41 of 42 people found this review useful Purchased camera for a vacation to Mexico. Received a couple of days before and used to photograph some of the flooding here in CO (while it is raining), and on a quick hiking trip in the mountains (dry). Was pleased with the image quality. To obtain obvious/well lit photos just have fun with the pre-set modes until you have learned what is the best for different situations. Around the trip I had been generally pleased with the photo quality- the Vast screen was difficult to see underwater, and it'd difficulty in low lit situations, but overall adequate thinking about just how much fun it had been for doing things around the beach. Your camera appeared to do fine and I was meticulously following the instructions in the manual after every ocean or pool use (rinsing, Soaking, drying out, ETC). However, on day 3 of my vacation I required it snorkeling. After I arrived on the scene, it wouldn't switch on. I rinsed, Dried, ETC. after i returned to my room. The lens, Vast screen, and flash all fogged up. I allow it to dry based on directions. nothing. Even if coming back to dry, not-damp CO your camera never would dry upOrfunction again or charge. Very disappointing when i was just midway through my trip. If you plan on using this while it is raining, want something which can survive an accidental dunking, or wade on the beach (although not go swimming) this camera would most likely be fine. If you are considering submerging it I wouldn't recommend. Came back mine yesterday and will appear at other brands.2 Comments Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... 29 of 32 people found this review useful I got myself a Fujifilm X60 and tried on the extender three occasions before it unsuccessful. Your camera wasn't mistreated, dropped, or.used underwater. it really eliminate and wouldn't switch on. I came back your camera to Fujifilm per their instructions and was surprised and dismayed to get a bill for $117.00 to correct what they termed an out-of warranty problem, proclaiming that the HDMI pins were bent. I Never connected this camera for an HDMI cable! The way the pins grew to become "bent" is really a mystery in my experience. I emailed the facts to customer support without any response apart from a note to state the e-mail was received. Then i known as the repair department and requested to speak with a supervisor and was used in voicemail. After departing two messages, I received NO response whatsoever. How's that for the poorest customer support I've ever experienced. No trustworthy company should treat their clients with your disrespect. Obviously, I won't obtain Fujifilm again.6 Comments Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... Appreciate your feedback. If the review is inappropriate, Please tell us.
