Steadyfast Universal Trailer Stabalizating System By 3whelr on November 28, 2011
We're full-time RVer's who started this full-time adventure this year. I'd accused my spouse of walking too heavily and shaking the trailer (most likely not really a smart move), but once the 9 pound dog of ours caused exactly the same trembling and oscillations, I understood I needed to make a move. After much research and many conversations along with other Rver's, I made a decision to test these. An order came perfectly packaged and using the best group of installation instructions I believe I've ever seen. It's very apparent these instructions were written in the united states and by the pack leader with intimate understanding about how everything works. Every part tend to be heavy duty and things are powder coated for lengthy lasting durability. Also incorporated were every possible part, bracket, Nut and secure for various frame types. I required time studying the instructions and staring at the photos provided and everything went together with no issues whatsoever. The entire installation there was a time a couple of-1/2 hrs. If I needed to install a different one, I believe I possibly could get it done within an hour easily. The good thing about the product is once installed, it never must be removed and setup and take lower only takes seconds! The good thing relating to this is it works! It removes about 95% of movement once locked. Would I purchase it can? Yes! Inside a heartbeat. This can be a perfectly designed and manufactured product using the highest quality materials and Produced in America. Just in case you're wondering, No, I don't be aware of seller, nor shall we be held associated with him. I'm just a satisfied customer nobody appreciates value.Comment Was this review useful for you? SteadyFast Stabilizer: Great American Quality Product!!! By James Reeder on August 3, 2012 Used to do a lot of research on the web before purchasing the product. Before ordering I contacted the company to determine if they had a kit to fit my particular application (2012 Carriage Cameo RSQ). I was transferred to Paul Hanscom (the dog owner). After a little bit of speaking with Paul he stated I desired a unique bracket in my particular RV. I checked out the place on my small RV and affirmed, I desired the special bracket. I known as Paul to inform him he was correct & I must order certainly one of his stabilizer systems. He requested basically could call back since he was in the area on his cell & didn't have method to transfer me back. I have to add here that Paul is a heck of the nice guy. He clarified our questions & appeared to stay in no hurry to "get me from the phone". I truly appreciate his understanding & readiness to talk about it with someone just calling to inquire about questions. Anyway, I known as to order the right system in my fifth wheel. I had been informed it would ship the following day, so it did.
The merchandise showed up well packaged & in great condition. However, there is a drill bit missing from the package. I known as Paul at Steadyfast & he provided to send me one out immediately. I told him I'd already purchased one from the local home improvement store & wanted to tell him so he could look into the other kits before these were shipped. I just read & reread cellular phone instructions. These were perfectly written & had lots of pictures as one example of the position of the brackets.
The following day I began using the installation. I took Paul's advice & pretapped the holes before using the self tapping bolts (5/16-18). This task wasn't necessary but helped me feel happier about the caliber of threads within the rectangular tubing around the frame. Read more › Comment Was this review useful for you? By LLR on Feb 6, 2012 I really like my travel trailer, but I hated the wiggles we'd get when walking through it. nothing terrible, Just annoying. Used to do lots of research regarding how to steer clear of the movement, and made the decision to choose the Steadyfast system. Before I got myself it, I known as Hanscom Enterprises to determine the way they would react to my questions. I have to admit, very responsible and very enjoyable to cope with. And So I got it, and I've no regrets. service was outstanding, and the install was not difficult. You need to do need fundamental auto technician skills, or at best have a friend with individuals skills to be able to install Steadyfast, but that should not be any suprise. the instructions were great, and much like they advertise, Used to do convey a call straight to Paul Hanscom for a little bit of guidance - he came back my call within ten minutes and provided the guidance I desired. The number of places do this? Main point here, I installed this myself with little trouble, and Forget About WIGGLES!. I'd certainly recommend Steadyfast and Hanscom.Comment Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... Appreciate your feedback. If the review is inappropriate, Please tell us. I put these on my small 35' fifth wheel trailer and they assist to some extent. However, I needed to put the mix-bar over the front in an position toward the rear due to my battery box hanging lower where I possibly could not put the bar where it ought to be. In my opinion it you don't have anything in the manner so that you can put the bar straight over the front, it ought to stabilize better.1 Comment Was this review useful for you?
