28 of 29 people found the following review helpful Rugged and very useful By Mattie's friend on April 22, 2010 I personally use a software application knife and various marking devices while working. I do not frequently say this, but I believe it holder is ideal for me. four pockets and metallic tape-measure holder. Not pointed out within the description is really a small, yet strong, loop that is stitched to among the pockets. I have a small carabiner attached to this for anything else I may need to carry (secrets etc). The product is very well-crafted. Heavy stitching whatsoever stress points and nothing about this that can not be considered durable. I'm able to carry the utility knife, two marking devices, tape-measure, multi-purpose Leatherman tool and keys with this particular holder. It is a little over 9" lengthy and attaches for your belt using a belt loop. A powerful product which i've arrived at appreciate. It works more effectively after it relaxes just a little with use. I'd have compensated two times the cost for that service it's given. ____________________ well, it has been over two several weeks since i have purchased it holder. My newest project continues to be adding railings and balusters for an existing 16 X 22' deck. Eight 4 X 4s lagged to the inside ledger board also. I hired a nearby teen for any day-to help set some X 4s plumb and Level. All of this needed much calculating, Marking and maneuvering both on the top, and underneath the deck. It holder demonstrated indispensable about this job. It permitted me to hold the pencil, tape-measure and ratchet wrench whilst laying on the floor underneath the low deck platform. I purchased - and have since given - another of those tool holders to my youthful assistant. He's as pleased like me using the performance of the DeWalt product. I did not think I possibly could be any more happy using the holder, following the initial publish, but i'm.Comment Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... I made the decision to try it out after studying the positive feedback, and havent been disappointed. so much in fact, ive purchased several extra units for my coworkers (9 dollars? i'll take three!), and They're distributing the term to other people too. Its very sturdy, Quality stitching, and even looks good. When it comes to tool rundown, i carry inside it: flat-mind, philips-mind, needle-nose and can-wrench within the primary pouch snips around the right punch-lower and the NID security tool in the centre a pen and small zip-ties around the left. That's nine different products prepared, without significantly weighing me lower, and stopping me from digging via a tool bag. and, you may also clip-on a tape-measure around the front, or pepper spray, as i more often do (Make that TEN products!) Main point here: An incredible tool holder and worth a minimum of two times just as much.Comment Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... By James L Berry on March 12, 2015 The intended utilization of this item was for individuals occasions whenever a full group of bags isn't needed or wanted. The standard appears respectable aside from the attachment from the metal tape holding "tang" towards the yellow nylon strap. This is accomplish with 2 metal (Double Cap?) rivets with simply 1/4" mind, front and Back. Which will endure fine right in front from the metal but I'm afraid the heads will rapidly cut or survive the nylon strap. It could have been far better to set up some kind of metal, kydex or leather backer around the back side from the nylon strap to avoid tear out and help minimize the tilting from the metal tang once the tape-measure clip is placed or removed. for me personally, the peak underneath the belt lines are near perfect. I'm able to easily connect to the tape-measure, even if putting on a coat. It is just a little more hard to connect to the other pockets. I favor to put the tool holder pouch in the approximate 3:30/4:00 position (12 being my front centerline). It will require some practice to get a "feel" for engaging the tape in to the holder for the reason that position. When the flex from the metal tang increases not surprisingly, same goes with the problem of docking the tape "blind". If worn more toward the 12:00 position, this difficulty is reduced. One further beef, or request to DeWalt, is always to include snaps within the belt attachment to permit donning the tool pouch without having unbuckling and rethreading the belt. Overall, this can be a fairly good offering if you want to have a tape-measure, some pens/pencils/markers and pliers/box knife/flash light. I'll update yourself on the sturdiness when needed. At any time I've got a multi screwdriver, baby funnel locks, a leatherman, Sharpie and Pen, a little nebo blueline tactical flash light, and a tape-measure. This pouch is extremely able to holding all of this and a couple of other tools I want every so often. The great: high quality material, room for just about any hands tool a maintenance specialist would want, the tape-measure holder is extremely convenient. unhealthy: You need to bring your belt off and away to put this pouch on or remove it, when you initially have it the fabric doesn't flex greatly but following a week approximately it begins to form along with you, there's really room to place electrical tape or teflon tape.Comment Was this review useful for you? I even visited Lowe's and lowes, but I just couldn't find the perfect pouch (their own were too large). I needed a small pouch to put my main electrician tools in (pliers, current tester, and screwdriver). This DeWalt pouch is ideal for what I want it for. I'm able to do the majority of my work without digging through my other tools. The fabric its made from seems like it'll serve you for a lifetime. For eight dollars, this pouch is the greatest available.Comment Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... Appreciate your feedback. If the review is inappropriate, Please tell us.
