By triphase on The month of january 10, 2014 Style Name: 700 Lumens

I had been initially searching in a pocket projector after i saw them at brookstone under their very own name. Those they'd labored reasonably well as much as 60" in an exceedingly dark area. Used to do a bit more research and found they simply announced a more recent model that's 300lumens, and first viewed it close up, and it really works far better, i then did just a little investigations and found there are plenty of choices within the 300-400 lumen range. I Then found this optoma projector, and first viewed it was obtainable in 500 and 700 lumens that is uncommon for any pocket projector. unclear about what I truly needed, I made the decision to be cautious and order the 700 lumen model. Display quality is amazing, projects 50-60" inside a brightly lit room, and 100-120" inside a dark room, Hd quality picture. Also offers an integrated media player where one can throw a lot of DivX movies on the sd card and it'll play them completely standalone with no PC. Colors are extremely wealthy, and Despite other reviews, in "cinema mode" colors are pretty accurate. I most likely might have become away using the 500lumen version, but I'm Happy with this particular projector. I additionally run this from the portable lithium battery power, and can view complete movies on the battery charge.
update: Plus i got an ML1000p and have compared these projectors side by side in terms of physical size (I designed a neat video to exhibit how similar in dimensions they are really) and display quality. Apart from a small rise in brightness within the ML750, the ML1000p has Far better searching colors. There's also no major transfer of concentrate on the ML1000p because the projector gets warm that's noticeable around the ML750. The touchpad around the ML1000p is gesture based and could be a little annoying in comparison with the traditional buttons around the ML750. Read more › 26 Comments Was this review useful for you? By n8vision on This summer 10, 2013 Style Name: 500 Lumens
Purchased this when no reviews were on or even the wider web so required a risk. I'd a classic optoma which claimed 3000 lumens, and so i would be a little concerned the kodak playtouch camcorder would not be vibrant. Actually, it's amazing.
A Few Things I love:
* small, literally, it is a true micro projector. Matches palm of hands.
* Very vibrant, Widescreen Display, even at 4m inside a light room. Incredible given size projector.
* Easy Setup and remote for keystone etc.
* Top quality color and great constrast ratio
A Few Things I don't love:
* It features a handful of small fans which produce a high pitched seem constantly, to varying levels (based on screen mode). During quieter parts in movies or TV it's noticeable.
Overall, this projector creates an amazing display from the small package and I'd recommend it to anybody inside a smaller sized room or who travels a great deal.2 Comments Was this review useful for you? By Hambone on The month of january 11, 2014 Style Name: 700 Lumens
The Optoma ML750 700 lumen 3D portable Brought projector is definitely an amazing bit of technology. The very first impression as they are is when small it's and how light it's. The projector has a excellent travel zip-up bag using the Optoma emblem onto it, a little power which comes apart in the power box so it's as many as 2 cords. A universal directly into VGA by helping cover their a sound in. Even though you avoid using this to hook up with a pc you are able to connect universal and bring audio in. The final factor is an extremely nice controller that has all of the functions which you can use around the machine. I additionally purchased a Sunpak SPK620786 5-Inch Flex Leg Small-Spider Tripod which inserts it perfect and is effective to carry up and change angles.
I connected via Macbook Pro retina with the HDMI port around the back. I altered input to HDMI and it matched my screen within 5 seconds. When i first tried on the extender within my office that is very vibrant and I forecasted from about 10 foot back and I'd an incredible, vibrant beautiful picture of my monitor that is a stock Apple image with vibrant colors. I had been surprised about how vibrant it's and just how the image is. Then i performed a relevant video from netflix to check the seem and the loudspeakers are suitable for a little group but not adequate enough for any good action movie within your house. I'd only use the audio out of your input device or in the universal cord with audio in. The keystone correction is effective but usually you do not need it, keystone is definitely a salesperson pitch but when its in your wall you do not mind that it's a little bigger on top compared to bottom, Believe me. By R Chaikin on August 26, 2013 Style Name: 500 Lumens
Very vibrant. really small and light (convenient to carry within my new laptop bag). very obvious. Everybody who sees it and what it really projects is amazed. I've not observed any unusual noise in the fan or anything. The colours are simply what they must be, and the multiple screen resolution choices are great. To date I have used the conventional laptop connector to my Home windows laptop and the HDMI connection to my iPad (using the digital connector from Apple), and both labored not surprisingly. I only wish the main focus would be a little simpler to obtain right over the entire image, that there was a way to manually switch the source on the projector itself (maybe there's, but I've not thought it was and need to use the remote that included it), and that there was a little adjustable leg to angle it up towards the screen (it simply sits flat up for grabs or perhaps a pile of books, sadly no leg to position it). But overall, I actually do enjoy it and recommend it. 4.5 stars, but since that is not a choice, I'll round up to five stars since it works well.1 Comment Was this review useful for you?
