Let me start this review by groing through them and what solutions I discovered after open this area and getting hands-up with this cooler. I'll also upload a couple of images that specify a little more compared to pressers around the page. It installed fine within an Antec P-280 situation, except the emblem is upside-lower if you would like the wires facing from your RAM and do not want clearance difficulties with the hose side from the radiator and the rear of the situation. And So I possess the radiator hoses around the right heading lower and the pump/block I've the hoses left making the logos on the radiator and pump upside-down (best way this would easily fit in this situation). This is not an issue with the system per-se, so no stars could be deducted. 1. how lengthy would be the cables? The Fan/Pump wires: These mind straight from the "side" from the cooler quietly which has the 2 hoses. The Three-pin wire which goes towards the motherboard is 11" lengthy. Some-pin wire which goes towards the fans around the radiator are 12" lengthy and it's two fittings, put into-line, Around the finish. Neither of those appear to become socketed on the market side and are permanently attached. The fans themselves come with an extra 12" of wire so there's ample wire there as a whole to complete lots of things to hide them. the USB: The USB connection that belongs to the "Corsair Link" feature is 27" from finish to finish, Laid flat. I'd say it's a functional 24" given that you will have a bend in the motherboard finish. One finish is really a motherboard style header block, another is really a ninety degree USB small. Keeps my 3770k nice and awesome. Protip: It just includes 8 screws to mount the fans. If you are considering adding another 2 fans you will need should also purchase 8 more 1 1/4" length x 6/32 thread screws.5 Comments Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... By Taylor Vowell on August 14, 2015 Style Name: H105 Thick 240MM Quite simple to set up and keeps my i7-4790k awesome on idle and On load! The appearance of the cooler are awesome, makes my situation look very minimalist and organized. The corsair emblem illuminating is an extremely nice touch. I had been just a little concerned about installing this factor as I have never installed a closed loop water air conditioning before and did not know what to anticipate, but it's very easy and very intuitive. Have you ever installed a heatsink on the processor, this is not much different - whatsoever. One factor to notice, when installing the backplate towards the motherboard, the screws/standoffs don't always put pressure around the motherboard itself and may seem shaky. I figured Used to do a problem when setting it up after i place the backplate and standoffs on because the whole backplate would shift about 1/4 inch back and forth. All Of This GET'S RESOLVED whenever you place the heatsink on and screw it towards the standoffs. It'll tighten from the motherboard and everything is going to be 100% snug. If you are experiencing difficulties with the Corsair emblem flashing whenever your computers under load, you may want to hop to your motherboard's BIOS and set the current around the fan port that connects towards the pump/heatsink to be at 100% and not variable based on temperature. I've an NZXT H440 situation and the H105 matches it just like a GLOVE. I am confident both of these were created for one another. I did not decide to upgrade my fans just like a lot others have, the stock fans in my experience are extremely silent and generate enough air flow to awesome the CPU lower and so i am happy.Comment Was this review useful for you? I discovered the leak on initial inspection just before installation. Please completely inspect your radiator, tubes and all connections for any leakage. Browse the small drop of fluid within the picture. I cleaned up but the fluid reappeared in couple of minutes. 2 Comments Was this review useful for you? Yes No Delivering feedback... This cooler makes me wish I'd an Apple processor rather, the Apple bracket looks hell of the lot simpler to set up. My greatest complaint is when stiff the hoses were, it managed to get very difficult to maneuver. I almost did not think I would have this within my NZXT 210 situation. Overall, using CPUID, it decreased my CPU temp from about 50 levels Celsius, close to 40 levels Celsius. That's at idle speed, without any over clocks. I additionally sandwiched the radiator between 2 fans pulling the environment from inside to outdoors from the situation. I am likely to switch the fans around and find out if the temps have any lower. *Cons - Stiff hoses - AMD bracket setup kinda sucks - Conflicting info regarding FM2 compatability *Pros - Price - Set up was simple to follow 10 Comments Was this review useful for you?
